How Do I Place An Order?
Placing an order is simple. Call or email us 419-422-7877 Hoa210@aol.com or stop in at 419 North Main Street Findlay, Ohio 45840. We will need the sizes and color of the shirts or items you will be wanting. Secondly we will need to know the color of print you will want on the shirts or items. Next we will need the artwork or we can design it for you. Artwork can be sent to the Hoa210@aol.com email. If artwork is not given to us you will be presented with 1-3 pieces to choose from. Our graphic artist will make this process easy for you. We will not start the printing of the product until you "OK" the design you would like. Lastly, when all the artwork is "OK" we will begin to print your shirt order and call when it is done. Usually takes between 7-10 work days to complete once artwork is approved. This is our standard procedure for t shirt orders. Rush fees do apply if you need the items before the 7-10 work day time frame.
Embroidery takes between 7-10 work days. Custom design or new logos require a disc to made so the embroidery machine and computer can read it. New designs to be made take 2-3 days to get back from the digitizing company. Embroidery can be done on shirts, polos, hats, bags, and etc. If you have a question on the item you want embroidered please don't hesitate to bring it in and ask!
Varsity Jackets take between 4-6 weeks if we do not have your size in stock. Custom jackets will take 4-6 weeks because they're custom made. Once we receive the jacket it will take 7-10 work days to be completed. We give these time frames 7-10 work days to allow us to accept rush orders. We are very good at keeping our turn around time less than the 7-10 work days. Our goal is to make sure you get the quality product you want quickly!
Payment & Shipping
We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards EXCEPT for American Express. We do NOT offer shipping.
Returns & Refunds
Must have a receipt with the items or items that you purchased to make a return. We do NOT offer a cash back policy. We give an in-store credit or exchange of an item of equal or lesser value. All custom printed orders must be paid for in advanced. We will print, embroider, and heat press on any outside items brought in. We are not liable for misprints, embroidery deffects, or numbers and names that do not stick to outside items.
